Remove Chat Cooldown

    So, I logged on to Wild West in a long time, to dank around with my dank buddies. (It was pretty dank @SoCool21 got bant 'n' stuff).

    I first thought the chat 5 second cooldown from back in the day was removed, for some reason, don't know why. After derping around for a while it came pretty annoying; why not remove it since Wild West's population isn't 100 players at once anymore. Or atleast make ranked able to ignore it because Brawl likes that moolah.

    tl;dr: was danking around in WW, chat cooldown stopped the danking: stop non-danking chat cooldown!

    5 second cooldown was only necessary when Wild West gets 100 players. Now, as this is never, it should be removed. Already bought it up in staff chat, hopefully something will come of it.

    It should be removed because if ur trying to talk to somone global and it's a long message u can't fit that in one message, so you must wait 5 sec just to continue your sentence
