Why does CTF need an SMOD?

    From what I've experienced, the CTF mods kind of rotate on bigger tasks depending on who is the most available at the time. Keep in mind that most are in university right now. Putting everything onto one person who can't be around all the time would either ensure that nothing gets finished or someone gets burned out, so I'm cool with how they split the task.

    Having a CTF SMod wouldn't mean they had to do all the work. Like with HG - I originally brought up the idea of weekly events, Matt helped come up with a few really interesting ideas and Viva and Putty made it possible.
