I'm not sure but I think Delta Force doesn't require skype/discord, might be wrong though and they are one of the hardest to join.

 

Typing in chat is a very ineffective way of communicating to your team, which is why all teams use either skype or discord, discord being the most popular method right now. Even if you can type fast, your teammates might need to talk with you, or are too busy to use chat.

As far as I know, there are no teams that don't require skype and/or discord. I suggest that you get one of the two if you want to join a team.

OK, I don't really want to get involved in this, but about the IP being the same:
Idk exactly how IPs work, but maybe he's just simply a relative of a CTFer?

 

It would make no sense for someone already on a team to apply. They would get striked. Mods need to talk to whoever his alleged main is and get this misunderstanding sorted out
