    the trailer has been done for 4 months now, but we've just been building the #HYPE
    hehe jk

    but yea....my hype is almost at its climax :wink:

    Wait. Is the trailer done? The "jk" is telling me no but the "hype is almost at its climax" is telling me that it's done.

    As far as I'm aware stuff is done. Timing got weird with Halloween maps and Christmas maps, so that happened. I'm not an official info source anymore, but #soon™ #hype

    Every time someone asks about it we push the date back by 15 days. So, according to my schedule, the maps are due to be released in June of 2019. That will also allow for your hype to reach its climax @Jul13n.

    Where did you get this from? Myself and some other builders asked about the reason why it wasn't coming out and apparently it's due to communication issues with the CTF mods, media team and the higher ups.

    Seeing as how I was gone for 3 weeks in January, I don't know enough to give a good answer. What I do know is that I'm ready for it to come out too and it should be out soon (I know people hate that word, but that's the best answer I can give).

    Here's a better answer: Trailer is done. A miscommunication was holding things up for a bit, but now everything is being worked on/finalized.

    I don't see how it can take that long to select maps and put them on the server though. Thanks for clearing it up though.

    Idk that else can hold up the release except the trailer? Maps are finished, trailer is done so you need a nice text for it and done? I dont think, that you need a specific plugin or so for add new maps into the rotation?

    Maps have been selected for a long time.
    You need to have special access to some sort of magic to add maps to the rotation. Not all mods have access to it - I didn't, but I also wasn't a CTF mod. I'm assuming we just need to wait for someone who has access to update the rotation, as well as confirm with higher ups when the trailer will be released, when the maps should be added to the rotation, etc.
