    this could be ok

    also with a bow with slowness (they have it for 5 seconds) block with sword in order to avoid getting hit with slowness arrow, amount of arrows 25

    Ok, first of all you do know there's a suggestion section right?
    second of all, I'm not sure if you've ever tried balancing before because this isn't all that good. What kind of avenger is this? I'm not really seeing a running theme here. Also there's no niche for this class to fulfil, what role would it play in game?

    I had the same idea of like a grappling hook object but a fishing rod will make it look better

    Imo with the latest new class being elf, another class with mobility (such as a grappling hook class) is out of the picture.
