EULA Friendly CTF Ideas:

    Okay so, CTF is one of the most popular servers from Brawl, though it has little to no ways for Brawl to get income from. That's why I thought of some ideas for Brawl to get some income! if anyone else has ideas just reply to the thread aswell :smile:.

    Here you go:

    1. Team tags, people will be able to buy team tags, inviting people will be for free, renaming your team tag isn't possible.
    2. A Map Voting Booster, instead of maps being randomized, there will be an hour (or two, depends on what you buy) of being able to vote for which maps will be played. This will be done before the match starts and there will not be an infinite amount of maps you can choose from to make sure there will be a good top 3, the top 3 will be played.
    3. A Free Kit Booster, this booster will make it so for one hour (or more) all the kits will be free. This will be a way of testing out kits instead of free kit friday (which probably should be removed).
    4. Ingame Cosmetics, this I think is already being worked on by NomNuggetNom and it would probably just be a way for people to buy cosmetics which you can use ingame, the game won't change because of them.
    5. Free Fashionista Booster, this booster will make it so fashionista can be played for one hour (or more) by everyone! This won't be included in the free kit booster, because you know, fashionista is pretty special :smile:.

    I like the free kit booster idea, but for the fashionista one wouldn't other people get really laggy?

    Edit: people might also buy the booster a ton of times meaning ctf will just be flooded with fashionistas

    I think the map voting booster should be changed to map choosing packs where you can choose the next 1, 3 or 5 maps.

    Fashionista probably first needs a cooldown on fireworks, and the booster gives you the ability to go fashionista and not only be fashionista.

    Good idea but in my opinion it'd be better if anyone online could choose so you don't get a lot of hated maps being played (people will probably leave the game if it's a really bad map).

    Wait do you mean as a global voting system? This could work too. I thought you meant only the person who bought it.

    but people will still buy the boosters for the lols and people will still be fashionista. I agree with the cook down on the fireworks but in my opinion the booster should affect only 1 ctf server and people won't be able to activate the booster while the first booster is going on a ctf server

    As I said, a lot of lag. But if fireworks get a cool down if this idea gets added I don't see if there will be a problem

    On the team tags idea-
    It would be great to be able to purchase team tags for teammates as well, and an option to toggle it off.

    No...? That would completely ruin the point of it being in the shop, making a ctf team is 100% free.

    Why can't we just have Clan tags. Like before? Also, I miss having my cat in CTF. +1 on the Cosmetics/pets on CTF.

    Yes that's true
    my reasoning for this:
    1) mcpvp had it this way
    2) it takes 10 members and an amount of time before you actually get an official team, this meaning that not everyone could get it

    My second point is easy to refute so here's a possible way of doing it

    - The official team would have to exist for at least a month
    - Members of this team wouldn't get the tag until after a month of being loyal to it (could increase loyalty in teams)
    - Commitee/Mod has to approve of the tag and has to/should create the tag along with the team council
    ^ is only for the team tags

    Clan tags were free for everyone on mcpvp so that doesnt change anything on a thread about brawl being able to get money and for your second point it would just make everything harder than it should.
