There's no reason to slander at the end. This is all just confusing for the players that haven't been staff. We can't blame them for being angry about this because they can't possibly know everything that's been going on and is currently going on. I think the appropriate step here is to try to have us all sit down and go back and find the actual source of Ryan's anger and work to answer it peacefully to understanding. Oh gosh I sound like a hippie...

ah ok. Sorry about that. Is there anything else you're still upset about though? you didn't talk about any of oracle's work, so I'm guessing that's a little bit more clearer. As for the biasedness, can you explain what caused you to think that? I'd been staff for a while and might actually remember the situation you describe.

 

read what i said about staff applications (you cant see the apps they were denied but you might remember some of them)

he gave good reps to people he likes and bad reps/was harsher to people he didnt want as mod even when they were more deserving.
The the example i will use for good reps is anon as he admitted to me that he still can get a bit out of hand oracle is his friend and should know this. I dont want to name names for the people he gave bad reps for.

my original post: I still don't like how you were biased towards a few (mainly anonomus) applications when you were extremely harsh on anyone else who applied for MOD on Raid when clearly they were more suited to MOD. Especially when you asked me to remove quotes of you flaming on threads while you were applying for MOD. (I know I had agreed to not bring this back up but u betrayed too often and it doesn't matter now because u have resumed flaming in threads for all to see)
BTW I think peas is more than capable of managing raid and would be less biased. Although you were extremely dedicated to raid I think it is over exaggerated how much work you did and how much work is required to manage raid especially when there is a section on forums for server ideas

 

I'm assuming one of the bad reps would be frostbyte. And if I may speak plainly please @FrostByte (I'll delete this post if you want after I post it and if you don't like it) you're very loyal to raid and that's obvious, but your temper makes you quick to anger and that should probably be controlled before being given the duty of stopping flamers. Another one may be demonicobelisk. @DemonicObelisk (again, if you want, I'll delete this bit) is very funny and very active, but he doesn't make it a point to want to help newer players and his talks were mostly done in his team chat, which is fine. I'm not saying it isn't. Anonymous does have the occasional slip up where he will goof off too much for his own good, don't get me wrong, but I did so waaaay more often than him and I would consider that not a bad thing. It allowed me to connect to the community and I always had Yin to reel me back whenever I strayed too far from the rules. Oracle being that to anon seems reasonable. Does this help clear things up a little bit or was there something else specifically? I'm just kind of guessing what you meant, so I apologize if I was wrong.

Ok. If you want you can pm me and tell me and I can explain why there. We have staff discussion on possible jmods quite often actually (especially if they're active and maybe only one thing is holding them back)

It's human instinct to not want people you dislike on the staff team, and to promote people you like. As much as he seems like one, 0racle isn't a robot. He's human too. He wants people he likes on the staff team. I'll say this for myself too, I don't want people I dislike on the staff team. It's natural to be bias.

relucant is not the right word. i would never be relucant to fix a glitch in a game that i created.

one thing that i do, is that i never feel obliged to make a comment once i fixed a glitch (unless it was a major glitch, ie. mob stacking). that's not really a lack of communication because im told of an issue, and i work on fixing it. if they ask me later on if it's fixed i give an answer, if there are a few complications that i run into in attempt to trying to fix the issue then i mention it.
