    Why can't people without ranks/being a mod not have gifs as their avatar? I mean I know they're trying to get people to buy ranks but I think we should all get to upload gifs to our avatar even if we don't have a rank or we are not part of the staff.

    I know GIFs on the forums are hardly an incentive to buy a $240 rank, but Brawl needs as many perks as they can get until they decide to start selling gameplay-changing perks again.

    Yeah, but they don't advertise the fact, so it doesn't mean new players will buy ranks (not that a new player would spend $60 on a rank anyway, but I digress).
