    You don't have 10 members or more so therefore you cannot be official. I don't think Miskey meant you're official and also you cannot be pending without 10 members or more too.

    Miskey must have misunderstood the situation. Your team must have the [Recruiting] title until you reach 10 members and are approved by a member of the CTF Team Committee.
