Speaking from experience in leading a team like this, I don't think this team will go too far.

But hey, you can always try (and have lots of fun while doing so).

Try not to be like TB.

 

Um, bit rude. Maybe it won't be like the team you led before, I mean- you don't exactly have any experience in this team. And every ctf team today, has been started from scratch, like this.
But hey, ok, that's your opinion.

 

Although this team doesn't have many experienced CTF members, it has a lot of mercs and I know several of the members have the capability of leading a team. Please don't be negative just because when you lead a team similar to this, it didn't work out.

 

The saying "Think before you speak" would've been something to use here.

 

From being on TB, I will say that there is no chance in hell that any team will be as bad as that one

 

Tried to respond as soon as possible but the internet here is crap.

I'm sorry I came off as rude as I did, but I hold my own opinions. As STQ stated, I should've thought more about what I said.

I really do not think any team will be as bad as TB, I merely meant that teams built this way typically do not last long, let's hope this isn't the case.

I apologize for being so rude, and I'll keep further opinions to myself.

When I first created the team, I wanted to break the stereotype that only members could hold any real position on the team. Everyone has something good to bring to the table, and if a merc shows qualities that should allow him/her to be council, I see no reason why they shouldn't be given that chance. It's a different kind of team like that. And I think having a merc helping in the leader role just sets us apart in a good way too. ^-^
