The comeback of the defensive medic who does more than sit around and heal confirmed???

Those 2 no votes have obviously never had to defend themselves against targeting ninjas/soldiers/heavies/basically anything in matches

It was nerfed because it was way too strong and tanky
maybe instead of making it both tanky and damage effective, choose one or the other?? Ya know, instead of making medic virtually the META where its tanky af and very strong lul

i think ctf need 2 different plugins. one for the casualgame and one only for matches. Because sharp 1 with strength on a casualgame is for me op as a pyro (plus on casual ppl loves to webspam so), but sharp 1 on a limited matchserver is fine. My opinion.

ahh and we need a dev. did i say that befor?

 

I think people forget the tradeoff for readding sharpness is taking away a steak

 

How else are we supposed to play the hide and go seek minigame in matches though wtf.

 

I'd like Medic to have sharpness back on its sword, and I've said so on other threads. When I voted it was 36-4, so just a tiny bit of majority.

 

Medics are rarely inclined to fight people and tend to just use their webs to run away because it takes way too long to kill someone. Medic might be used in a less annoying way were it given its sharpness back.

What isn't cancerous with strength? The issue is more with the strength/speed buffs, not with a measly 0.5 additional damage on a gold sword.

No it wouldn't. But the two people who voted no ^^ are conflating issues. Of course Medic's going to be stronger with potions if you buff its sword. Medic or any other class is going to be a lot stronger with strength and speed. But the damage boost on the sword is insignificant compared to the one from strength and speed buffs.

There's nothing wrong with tacking on a small amount of damage so that Medic can (more easily) defend itself.
