    MMR Update: The Removal of the Necro Ban from MMR​
    After having teams test necro in unofficials matches and other match-like formats, the ctf teams committee and current team respresentatives have come to the decision that the necro ban in the mandatory match rules should be removed! We feel that necro is no longer game breaking, and has a pretty legitimate spot in the current meta if played correctly.

    We encourage teams to develop new strategies and playstyles incorporating this class. Necro will be allowed in official matches starting Friday April 28th (4/28/17).

    Note: The committee voted to break the indecisive vote of the team reps for this specific change. Results of the voting are below (anonymous).
    Team reps: 6 yes, 6 no, 1 abstain
    Committee: 7 yes, 0 no, 1 abstain

    Them being divided doesn't mean they won't play it. A lot of them didn't want it because they thought it was overpowered, so it would make more sense if they played it.

    Necro in mmr? what's next? medic doing as much dmg as a stone sword (sharp 1)? elf getting prot 2 on pants? :grinning:

    Without an actual buff I don't think necro will be able to do much, but hf anyone who's going to play it now.
