Out of the four classes, there is no single class that was primarily intended for recovery. Soldier was intended to capture the flag. Medic was intended as an offensive support class. Archer is a defensive support class, and Heavy is a defensive class. Their secondary roles are what you guys are arguing about. A soldier's secondary role can either be defense or recovery. However, as it was not intended to be a recovery class, any class that is specifically designed as a recovery class will by nature have an easier time recovering than a soldier in most situations simply because soldier was not designed for recovery.

Things that need to happen before a new class:
    1. Rework Assassin, Mage, and Dwarf
    2. Nerf Archer and Pyro
    3. Buff Chemist, Medic, and Elf
    4. Engineer needs an overhaul
