    I said on this thread earlier, but assassin doesn't need a minor change, it needs a total rework due to the blocking changes for 1.9. This really isn't going to fix anything so -1

    Assassin doing 8 true dmg to carriers at all times, diamond boots, iron sword, and 5 speed boosts that give speed II.
    Is that fine???
