Can't tell if you're being serious about the chemist nerf or not

 

Chemist does not need another nerf

 

Why?

 

No it doesn't? If anything, it might be ping and/or lag, but chemist (without glitching) is not able to kill an assassin with full health in one hit. Assassins, however, are able to be oneshot by any damage when they use their assassinate.

 

Then what do you mean?

 

Just go ninja or heavy, two classes that somewhat counter Chemist.
Or Archer, if you're @Slayway

Lol I beat an offensive chemist in a 1v1 as fashionista today. I guess that proves chemist does not necessarily automatically win you every single fight? Now for chemist in a 1v1 against assassin, that makes sense. Chemist will win about 90% of the time, but that's because it's a straight on 1v1! As assassin, you'll rarely win 1v1's against skilled players. Your main ability is the assassination, and that relies mainly on surprise. You can hide in a corner or jump on the chemist to assassinate them. Of course they don't win fights because you have no armor and the player is aware of your presence. Catch them off guard and rekt them with easy red stone.

Anyway, CTF is not just a game about 1v1 fights. Chemist may be good in that department but that doesn't make it too op in everything else. You could argue that archer is terrible at 1v1's because it has a stone sword and chainmail armor but in reality, it can headshot and change the tide of the game by killing everybody. So chemist may rock at 1v1's, but it certainly doesn't make it the best in every single scenario of CTF.
