Another point you can add is that he actually listens to both perspectives when a conflict occurs rather than his own bias as a mod. He's willing to back both sides of any conflict as long as the facts are present.

honestly @FaZe_Sn4x5 was the best option for WarZ and he's now off the staff team. imo of brawl keeps demoting/waiting too long to promote staff members we're just going to end up with no quality options or players for those higher up positions.

 

Smods would be nice, but normal mods contributing would be nice as well.

 

I agree with Faze_Jay. @bosquet has so much knowledge on the CTF gamemode, I knew him from before Brawl. He one of the most knowledgeable players I know.

As for promotions I think we should get the consensus of all Brawl players and do in-game voting.

 

Promotions will not be based on what the brawl players want, you guys can help and will put in input but the admins and owner will make the finalt decision.

 

It was an idea, but yeah now reading what I wrote it doesn't seem like a good idea...

 

I get that they make the decision but one of the problems is they're not on to make the decision? I mean look at the applications the last while.

 

In "the last while" there have been many promotions to mod, today a new jmod, and possibly smod and admin in the coming weeks.

As far as WarZ goes it's hard to get an SMOD right now. The main people who are options are Ritzy, Carson, and me. Ritzy and Carson just got promoted, and I am not dedicated enough to do the job of an SMOD. This means that it will be a while without a main WarZ SMOD until Ritzy or Carson adjust to having Mod, and perhaps have a shot at promotion.
