    You weren't blocking, he swung first with assassinate active once you two were in hit range. What am I missing?

    There were actually three hits. Look at the kb im taking. The first i blocked, the other two i didn't.

    But dw it balanced xd

    If you are complaining about the KB go ask Mojang to fix it not brawl.
    I didn't use the assassinate on the first or second hit I used it last second on the third hit hotkeying quickly and right clicking as soon as I was over it to get the third hit to insta-kill you as you unblocked.

    Assassin is very strong but this isn't any factor towards it being OP or unbalanced :confused:.

    not being able to see at all if someone used redstone isn't a factor towards it being OP or unbalanced.
    so having a player dealing more damage to you than he should is balanced.
    so having an invisible player dealing damage to you isn't something which could possibly be unbalanced
    so why not make frenzy invisible?

    Not seeing redstone when I'm using it is also not a thing brawl can fix, It happens due to ping due to peoples latency and due to the fact as soon as you use the redstone the sword switches to that slot...

    Assassins are supposed to be stealthy. If you can literally run up to someone and still manage to assassinate them, there's a bit of an issue with that "stealthy" part.

    doesn't really matter though.
    pyros are mainly supposed to be defensive, yet they can also recov and sometimes even be used offensively.
    there'll always be ways to use a class in which it isn't really 'supposed' to be used and that's a great thing because it keeps things interesting.
    if assassins are really supposed to be stealthy, then yes, there's a 'bit' of an issue, but as said before, limiting classes to certain roles is boring and won't work anyway.
    I get what you mean (I think) You mean that when assassin was coded nobody thought of what's happening now, and nobody would've coded it this way then (I hope, but its ok its still balanced)

    A solution would be to make it so when you right-click the redstone instead of the sword switching to ur hand, you have to manually switch it to your hand. (I personally don't like this solution)

    Another solution would be that the assassin can only use the redstone if it's been out of combat for say... 3 seconds. This would eliminate what happened in this video where mid-fight the assassin switched on the redstone and got the instakill. (I still don't love this option)

    I don't think assassin is rly OP, ppl are just OP at using it.

    IMO just remove the class and there won't be as much of a problem.

    dunno if im not up2date or anything but last time i checked (ok that was long ago) instakill without the sword works too, so what. ok if you changed both these things, maybe, the effect we saw here wouldn't be possible anymore. So instead of not seeing redstone at all, you'd either see a glass plate or a hand after it got used, maybe that's an option. maybe you'd see that for a tenth of a second or something like that, guess that'd be ok. simple mouse or key macro and even that time window would be gone though, js.

    Yeah, tbh even I'd hate this option.

    The class enables people to be OP at using it. That's the thing with every class. Ever saw someone who's really OP at using necro? I mean, nowadays, or better, before the rework (2017) in 2016 when no one even played it?

    This would only cause more problems.
