    CTF Map Submission
    I'm working on this map at the moment, and I thought that it's at a stage where feedback would be valuable. Please check it out. I'd rather fix any gameplay issues now than get complaints about it later if it gets into map testing.

    Disclaimer: Screenshots may be outdated so don't judge the map solely on them. I highly recommend checking the map in person first before leaving a really detailed post of feedback.

    The concept of the map is quite interesting and I think it could work well.

    - But (personally) I don´t like plain maps. I would prefer e.g. some holes in the street or underground paths or an abandoned subway with an hole in the street as an entrance (a bit like the one war map I think) or something like (if it would fit into that, what you want your map be/look like).
    - I would add some more cover(cars, a falle down advertising thing, ..) on the roads aswell because of archers, but also because of engineers.
    - Also prefering the houses more winding for less open places

    After all it´s a nice idea/concept I think, which needs some layouting, but has potential. (I know, W.I.P.´s are made for that :grinning:)

    Hey Shawn!
    I noticed your map isn't entirely symmetrical, which can give one team an advantage in a match depending on how the map is laid out in regards to both teams. Maybe I just can't see everything from the screenshots, so I'll definitely have to hop on and look, but so far it looks promising!

    Alright in contrary to @Spades_ I DID log on and I DID show interest ahem.
    For real though, it looks cool but I'd like to see more riot added
    Some examples you could use:
    Police car
    Flipped cars
    Burning cars / houses
    A secret room where there's fire everywhere (easter egg wink wink)

    Then as you said yourself some more archer cover

    To end, some more mobility for the non soldier / ninja classes.
    Especially concerning going to the middle of the map.

    Apart from that, I think you know yourself what needs work and i'm sure you'll do the effort to make it work.

    Sorry if the screenshots look deceiving. That's only supposed to be one side of the map. I haven't built anything on the other side yet.

    Heyo!

    I checked the map out and these are my notes,

    - The middle of the map could use a structure, maybe a traffic light that fell down? I feel like the middle would be deadly due to the lack of cover which gives archers an advantage.

    - The flag room is open and had had entrances and exits, but a few additional sponges for the defense to reach the roof of the flag room would be cool considering a soldier could easily make their way to an exit untouched.

    - The trucks, cargo containers, gas stations, and forklifts are awesome! I would keep them. <3

    - All the buildings look like they began as a square then were touched up here in there which gives me a boxy feeling when walking around the map. I guess it's personal preference but that's what I think.

    - I love the detail and block combinations you included on the tops of the buildings.

    I acknowledge this is still a work in progress but good work so far! I hope my notes help and gave you some ideas. :smile:
