    When you go to the Capture the Flag forums you will notice 3 sections:

    There's one potential section that could be added, that being an event section

    Events Section Specifics:
    • Name would be: Events
    • Possible sub-section(s): Event Ideas, and Event Schedule
    Within this section players can post ideas for events, and it would give moderators and other event hosts a place to organize and properly schedule events. The "Events Schedule" would have a list of events that are scheduled to occur with the time and date attached. The idea for this came from this thread: https://www.brawl.com/threads/71686/ This could lead to more events being scheduled with more organization, let me know what you think!

    I'd rather see an [Event] tag instead of a seperate section, there haven't been enough big events lately to make this a very necessary thing.

    I think the lack of big events is why an event tag, or section, is necessary. Some type of schedule and planning would help more events be planned and scheduled.

    If there are more events I'll gladly see this happen, don't think it's needed to get more events. That's based on community interest and Staff commitment / creativity

    Some pluses for having its own section:
    - ppl will more likely look there
    - wouldnt be flooded with the usual ctf match threads in the match section
    - not as important to be pinned to the top of ctf section
    - would encourage long-term planning, awareness, & hype (and just more events!)
    - nice to see a concentrated archive of all the cool events that have happened

    Maybe have it under the Teams section just in between Matches and Official Teams to save space/clutter (which again could help better direct attention) and technically speaking, events involve 2 teams so its relevant

    If we're having major events, usually we will pin them in the general CTF section of the forums so nearly everyone will look there. Me and Ash have always gotten higher responses from stuff posted in the general CTF section than hiding it in another, smaller subsection. Events tag would be a good idea though.

    There's a sponsored events section on the forums. To be honest I probably should post events there, so that's my bad.

    +1 I like this idea because it organizes all the sections a bit more and I like to stay updated with tournaments or matches and with events that would be perfect to put under instead of putting it under teams or just in general. Yes they do tag them or pin them but just to be a bit more organized it would be helpful. Plus I miss a lot of events due to not being able to find them since they're lost in all the threads. I think it would be helpful!
