Idea Enhanced Dwarf

Well, if you are pretending to use a class that ia made for one task, defend the flag, so most likely you will try to have a ninja or even a medic defending healing you due the high damage output the class has. But you are missing one part. There are maps the dwarf is useless because the flag room is way too bug for it to fight the enemies, so you will only use the class in smaller rooms. And last but not least, the assasins. Yes, you can block an assesinate with right click, but you will lose just one xp level, instead of all your levels, but realistically, it's more probable that you will get killed or the flag will be stolen by an invisible ninja. All in all, the dwarf is a class made for small flag rooms to be fully effective. But I would like to see more stuff implemented

If you want to "enchance" the dwarf, what developers could do is make the dwarf a more viable class in terms of open defense. With this I mean that every kill the dwarf gets, it will recibe speed 2 so if the flag is been stolen by, for example, 2 heavies, it would be easier to help the dwarf to kill those classes, or even chase them to try returning the flag. The speed would last 5 to 7 seconds (I selected this time because even with the speed, the class can't still run), so he can try at least kill the other classes with more mobility (the most common example, the ninja)
EDIT: I think the way to balance this is making the rate lf the loss of xp would be faster so you must stay crouching more time and waiting more.

 

I think Dwarf should be able to block swords.

htey should not loose any xp doing think like they currently do but all the same they should no gain any either. becuase if they gaiend XP while beign blocked they would be too op.

this would help counter loosing all your xp when you die becuase assisins would not be able to get you as easily.

when you reach level 10 u just guard untill somone comes rather than sitting an open target.

 

The point f this is making the xp go down faster but you can run and atack the carriers when they take the flag. ANd my point is that dwarf can indefently defend from assasinates if it has xp.

 

I agree a lot with this. Dwarf is basically useless. Yes it’s the ultimate tank and flagroom defender but it depends on the flag room size of that map.

I once fought a speed and auto clicker hacker using Dwarf and it was really troublesome. I’m just glad regular dwarf can’t do that
