    I am not sure if the developers are accepting new classes or anything like this at all, but if they are or they might in the future I thought I would add this to the list.

    Name: Guardian

    Command: /guardian


    Free/Premium: Premium

    Intended Niche: A nice defensive role that stops the enemy from getting the flag.


    Intended Role: Defence/Support

    Possible Roles: Defence, Crowd Control, Support, Damage


    Class Description: A strong guardian that knocks back opponents who stray too close to his powerful mace.


    Head: Diamond Helmet (Protection 1)

    Chest: Leather Chest plate (Dyed Cyan, Protection 3)

    Legs: Leather Leggings (Dyed Aqua, Protection 3)

    Feet: Diamond Boots (Protection 1)


    Slot 1: Diamond Mace - Diamond Shovel

    Slot 2: 6 Steak

    Slot 3:

    Slot 4:

    Slot 5:

    Slot 6:

    Slot 7:

    Slot 8: Guardian Compass

    Slot 9: Select Class


    Item Descriptions:

    Diamond Club-

    Upon right click, launch all nearby players backwards with a strong knockback and deal damage based on how many enemies are knocked back.


    Class Specifics:

    A refilling xp bar dictates when the Guardian’s ability may be used. After recharging (around 10 seconds) the Guardian may use their ability. For every player hit, there are 4 damage points dealt to each player. For example, 3 enemies hit, 12 damage dealt to each which is 6 hearts (note this is not true damage, just normal damage so armour will stop some of it.)

    I‘d love to see more classes revolving around hard crowd control - this would be a really good start IMO.

    Seems a bit overpowered with the crowd, what if there is a big cluster? Would they all just die? 4 damage is 2 hearts and you are saying that it does more damage the more the people. From what I see in your example atleast, imo I don't see this being added with the amount of bugs and damage it could cause. Also you never stated how much credits it would cost to a normal player unless you intended it to be like fashionista and you can only get it from the brawl store. -1 imo

    Also no enchants on the shovel?

    I like the crowd control aspect of the class because it is one of the things CTF needs in my opinion. In ctf, a big group of players can be very powerful and hard to stop, especially because of medic that can heal an unlimited amount of people, and yet it does not contain any AoE class (a class that deals damage to multiple players). It would really help to balance the game, particularly in stalemates when you can't recover because of the massive support the carrier has, or in big games when it is very hard to capture against a huge defense. Therefore, I think the diamond club is a really nice idea. However, the ability needs to be reworked a bit since it is too complicated. Also, I don't know if the class would be powerful enough in game because its armor is not that great, its damage output is quite bad and its ability can be useful but not effective enough in all situations to compensate the weakness of the class. And I mean, even after using it and knocking a lot of enemies back, you become useless and they can just kill you quite easily. In my opinion, you should try adding another ability or at least do something that can make the class more powerful.

    Well, there is Chemist, and I‘m probably wrong on this but doesn‘t Elf have a bit of AoE damage?

    My suggestion would be to look at HG‘s Timelord - for those of you who don‘t know, this kit lets you instantly „freeze“ all players (except yourself) around you for 8 seconds/if they take damage (it‘s a bit more complicated than that but the gist is the important point here).
    Some large area crowd control, such as a freeze or a silence that stops class abilities or even a disarm (i.e. Mining Fatigue) would be a really cool addition. Plus, you could add cleanse abilities to other classes (such as Medic, or Chemist, or even to Guardian itself). This would be a really big meta swing that would need a lot of testing, but I‘d love to see something like this.

    TL;DR: Crowd control abilities

    There is very rarely a big group of people, and if they were and there was a guardian they wouldn't group up. On the cost issue, every class costs 2k to begin with and ups to 5k and so on. I do not believe I have to state how much it would cost. There is no enchant on the shovel because the ability is its main damage source, it is not very effective on a single person unless they have little to no armour.

    EDIT: The 2 hearts is NOT true damage. It is simply just damage like a zombie hitting you, therefore, armour will also negate some of the damage so it is not OP.

    The point of this class is not to be a solo defensive class. It is meant to be a supporting defending class that helps defend with another class. I do not believe the ability is too complicated, right click after ten seconds to knock people back and deal damage, I do not believe it is too hard to understand that.

    This ability should have a way to be countered [assassin's countering method is by blocking]. Or another way would be to make the ability a passive ability [not a skill therefore no timer required] but the effects would be lessened and reduced. 10 seconds cooldown is too little. At least increase the cooldown to assa's cooldown or similar to that. While the ability is in use, nerf guardian in some way [assa's nerf whilst ability is active is that they instantly die]. This would make it so that the class requires more skill and timing.
    I dislike this class because it can be misused in some way to make it overpowered [killing enemy defenders around their flag carrier to make it easier for your teammates to recover the flag] and i also dislike the class because the crowd control is a bit too much.

    While I kind of agree with you, it doesn't do that much damage. With more people the ability would be stronger but your armour is weak and with that many people they would probably kill you. While the ability is strong against a group the melee weapon is not strong, so avoiding the guardians ability is all it takes to most likely kill it.

    Basically, the ability is strong but against one or two people or if the guardian misses it they basically lose. That is why in an above post I mentioned it is meant to work with another player. It encourages teamwork and isn't too powerful.
