    Sounds to me you tried to prove it based on hearsay (him saying he did), which is inadmissible. It's like someone saying, "I'm hacking." They can't punish based off that. What gamemode did this happen on? I don't recall targeting being against the rules.

    he got mad at us for clapping him in ctf when he kept trying to cap and trash talked everyone.

    Also targeting is over a LONG period of time, not just 1 day or game
