      Since the thread was locked, I'll tell you here.
      Guns have limitations.
      A minimap is simply impossible without mods, but guns are possible because of the fact that snowballs can be manipulated to have no gravity and do damage. This, combined with some extra coding, allows snowballs to be fired from an item, and do certain values of damage.

        You'll notice that the limitations include things like recoil not being able to properly function like it does in CoD, and limitations to firerates of weapons. (you can't have firerates like 800 RPM, only 600 RPM, then 1200 RPM, etc.)
