  Hey, I've seen you apply for some ctf teams which I think is great! But, I would suggest getting some experience on ctf. I assure you teams aren't going to accept someone who hasn't even played on CTF. They are looking for members that have playtime and skill in CTF. Now, I'm not saying you won't be accepted, but it's a very low chance. Don't want to discourage you though. See you around!

  I feel as if you are not ready for the position. You have to be more active on forums (this could possibly be due to me not watching threads on party), but 300 is the minimum for a +1. Your TS3 activity, while average, should be increased during daytime. I have yet to see you talk.

    That is true, timezones to take into account. But as matt said above ^ that you most likely are on during the night when most of the people aren't on. Although you can't change that if it is timezones, try as much as you can!
