As long as you've changed your attitude, +1, why not. Also, please avoid cliques and bias if you get staff. Last time I noticed you were very lenient toward members of your team or discord/teamspeak group. If you feel otherwise, feel free to respond as to why.

I'm not sure about what everyone's worried about as I wasn't here when it happened but if you truly believe you have improved on whatever problem you had since last time they should at least give you the benefit of the doubt and give you trial +1

Have you ever heard of an ez barrett spas?

there was some drama a while back with you and other staff members in staff chat, much of it being shortly before you resigned. Won't explain how I know this but it caused some issues for several people including an SMOD. Is there any guarantee you can give that this won't happen again?

Hey Jay, I feel that as a player you are a good staff candidate, but I have not seen you on that much recently, in fact only about 2 times in the past month. (timezones?) I feel as if staff members should be some of the most active members in the community. You have also helped me in the past, so I know you are confident in your abilities. In my opinion though, I think you should work on your activity in-game a lot.
