Idea Temporary Pyro Nerf

    Pyro has always been considered the most OP class in the game by many, but lately it's just been too much. With the Ninja sharpness nerf, it has gone from Ninja being a slight counter to Pyro, to Pyro just straight countering Ninja. Pyro has always suffered from a lack of counters, but one of its very few counters now joining the ranks of classes that are countered by Pyro has really pushed it over the edge imo. To deal with this problem until Pyro gets a proper rework, I propose that Pyro's leather pants be removed. This will lower Pyro's armour by 2 ([​IMG]) armour points, allowing buffed Ninja to kill it in 2 hits, like it could before. This will also help other classes such as Heavy have a greater chance of beating Pyros, while keeping a fairly aesthetically pleasing appearance.

    Please think about the pyro here. They'll be running around with no pants on. That's embarrassing. Nobody will want to play pyro anymore because of how embarrassing it is.

    In all seriousness, I'd rather see time put into a full on nerf as opposed to quick fix.

    This fix would be restoring ninja sharpness and fixing crits, but that obviously isn't happening, at least anytime soon.

    Well, if they don't have time to fix something like crits why do they have times to strip pyro of it's pants?

    Pyro should get 2 shot by buffed ninjas, but I'd rather it be done by fixing the sharpness so ninja is better against other classes again.

    CTF has a very bad history with temporary nerfs (Assassin is the perfect example.) until Nom takes the time to fix the "Buggy crit system" that resulted in the ninja nerf and finally giving assassin it's extremely overdue rework like it was promised, I would be completely against doing another.

    I think elf extinguish could maybe stop a pyro from shooting a bow or using the flint and steel for a few seconds - like a 3 second silence. That would make that elf move useful and pyros less op

    I see that i just never really use the ability and i thought it could be a good solution but yes in any way a nerf is good.
