Clans: a server-wide in-game idea

Ok this is my idea to combine all teams of all game modes, and make it easier for people who don't have skype or whatever. Tell me what you think, I list the commands while explaining it, tell me what you think! @chickenputty @Admiral_Munson

Commands would be:

/chat clan (toggles to clan chat)
/chat all (rests to normal chat channel)
/cchat (words)
/clan invite
/clan kick
/clan list (lists all players and their clan ranks)
/clan promote (username) (higher clan rank that allows inviting and kicking players)
/clan demote (username)
/clan transfer (username) (transfers the leader role onto another player)
/confirm confirms a clan transfer
/clan create (clan name)
/clan rename (renames clan name)
/clan leave
/toggleclanchat (toggles the visibility of the clan chat)
/clan tag (tag) (lets the leader create a tag for the clan as a suffix for all members's usernames *maximum of 4 characters* the tag will consist of grey characters sandwiched between white brackets '[ ]'
/clan motd (words) (allows leaders to set messages of the day for when members come online they see that message reminding them of something or likes official match or clan vs clan.)
/clan shop (allows any member to purchase guild perks with a possible cosmetic token currency?) perks would be like the tag, and maybe it'd cost tokens to create a guild in the first place, or a certain rank.
