    I would suggest being more active on the forums and getting to know the community a bit more first. That's what was recommended to me by chickenputty so I suggest u do the same

    As you only just learnt how to apply for staff, I'd recognise getting more familiar with the server before applying for staff as you'll be answering questions like these.
