    I like to play minecraft party, I could before, now i can’t because it keeps kicking me and threatens to ban me because it thinks im flying but im not and it’s getting very annoying and i want it dealt with

    When you join Minecraft party you are put into a spectating mode (you have the ability to fly) until the next mini game where you will be included. Don’t worry you won’t get banned.
