Intro Hello friends

Hello friends,

My name is dxtron, and I primarily play MCCTF. I was active on it a long long time ago, back in the MCPVP era, and always loved it. Now, I'm back playing casually.

I'm a casual player who is really interested in understanding more about the gamemode of CTF and the ways it is played. I've always been fascinated by the development of strategy in open-concept games, and this particular gamemode on this particular server with this particular community is certainly no exception.

I'm in college, where I study computer science and linguistics. I can program in many languages, and have been recently getting more involved with and learning about the programming-heavy side of mods and plugins. Ever since first learning programming in Java several years ago, I've been interested in understanding and designing engaging gameplay mechanisms.

I'm also a map designer, and I'm interested in designing maps with clear objectives and strategies that draw players more deeply into the gameplay and the community.

I'm excited to get to meet all of you all and chat with you about these things!
