I've been there. Make sure you look at the Eiffle Tower at night, near 10:00 pm if you've never been there before

As a Frenchman I'll tell a few things you need to visit or not unless you want to stay in a hotel room:

• DO NOT visit the Eiffel Tower, there is so many people that it takes 45 to get up and eat in a snazzy restaurant.
• DO visit the Louvre, even though there is always a crowd of Chinese in front of with there cameras flashing when it clearly says you can't
• All restaurants are good

 

It took us around 15 minutes to get up to the top. :V

There are alot thing to visit in Paris :
1. At 6:00, 7:00, 8:00 pm sure, you can see the illumination of the Effeil Tower.
2. You can visit the Louvre, the Orsay museum, the museum of guns.
3. Near the Effeil Tower you can see the most beautiful bridge of Paris ( Le Pont d'Alexandre III ).
4. I just give the most important for me. Good visit at Paris

 

I thinks its because you come at holidays and all Paris people has gone to the south of France. Its the best time for see Paris lol
