What are the best mc warfare guns?

Skull is pretty good, but not with problems. The three round burst and reload can sometimes be annoying. The lamen also has great crowd control and the famas/m4a1 have great defense

Iso has slow firerate and dissa doesn't have the guarenteed kill.

Python is almost always the best secondary but with OIC, exe wins.

Moddel > typhoid. typhoid is also not a guarenteed one shot.

My favorites are skullcrusher, disassembler, python, and isolator sometimes. When I want to do something different and have a little more fun I just use other random guns. I also agree that mini is pretty fun to use sometimes in infects and stuff.

 

As for most effective, I agree with your list for the most part.
However I find MSR vastly superior to the Disassembler

In my opinion, most guns are good, it only depends on how you use them. For example, the famas has pretty low firerate, it's a burst gun, and does not have very high damage, but still one of my favorites aside from the MSR, Moddel 1887 and many more.

 

I would have to say that the Skully is the best War gun. However, that is just my personal opinion. It suits my play style, therefor I enjoy using it.
