Resignation The Resignation of a Random Citizen.

Well, you probably have already figured this out from the title of the thread, but I'll say it anyways. I'm resigning. First off, I apologize for not telling you guys that I was resigning. I realize this may come as a shock to some of you as there was no real warning of this until now. However, if I had told any of you, I'm sure you would have tried to get me to stay. I didn't want to have to go through that. It would have been unbearably painful for me. I probably would have ended up staying for another month against my will. :V Anyways, I thought I would last a few more months, but I guess not. Oh well. :V I'm not too bummed that I'm resigning. This was my choice, I wasn't forced to resign due to outside circumstances. I'm resigning because I have lost interest with the server I currently moderate. In fact, I had already lost interest in it one or two months after my promotion. I don't really want to spend all my time online "playing" something that I have lost interest in. I would have simply become a mod on another Brawl server, but none of them hold much interest for me currently with the exception of Minestrike, the only server that doesn't have a mod specific rank for it. >:V Don't think I have lost my love for the community though. I haven't. I still love Brawl more than ever. In fact, I might love it more now than I ever have before. As a moderator, most of my time was spent moderating. I didn't make time for coming up with new ideas for the betterment of Brawl in general. This has always been one of my favorite things to do, and I feel as though I lost a part of it due to the time I had to put in as a moderator. Because I never really made time for this during my time as a moderator, I recently made a bunch of threads in the staff section before posting my resignation. This was me simply tying up a bunch of loose ends I left untied. I left everything I had to say behind me there. If any of you become a moderator in the future, you may have the opportunity to view my handiwork. :V Hopefully, I will have more time to post threads in the future.

So, now that I'm resigning, let me talk a bit about what will change. I think I need to say this right off the bat. No, I will not be turning into a jerk or a hipster. :V I don't plan on going down either of those paths. If anything, I want to turn into a @Pikmin_Hunter. He was still a really nice dude even after he resigned. I think I'll follow suit. My server activity will drop. I don't know how much it will, but it's going to be less. Look for me on Minestrike, I'll probably be there. I will still probably play a little SGG here and there, and I might try playing a little War as well. My TeamSpeak activity will also drop. I don't even like TeamSpeak very much. If I'm on that, I'll probably be in a private channel with some of my friends. My forums activity probably will not be dropping at all. :V I love the forums too much to give any of it up.

My personal concluding remarks on this matter are as follows. I can proudly say that during my time as a moderator, I feel that I have not only fulfilled my obligation to serve and better this beautiful community of ours, but I also feel that I have changed the staff team for the better. But now, the page must turn. This chapter of my time here has come to an end. A new chapter looms ahead. Who knows what it holds!

If any of you are upset by my resigning, I hope my last words addressed to the community as a whole on this resignation can somewhat consol you. This may not be the end of my time spent serving as a moderator. There is a chance (mind you, only a chance) that I may re-apply one day. Sure, none of the current servers are especially engaging to me currently, but Brawl is currently going through some big changes. With revolutionary things like War 2.0, McMoba, and the wild west server looming in the horizon, that time may come sooner than anyone (myself included) could have foreseen. Look to the horizon! That is where you may see me once again my friends!

@Putty: Oh Putty, how you made my time as a moderator here wonderful. You are reliable, understanding, discerning and intelligent. You are the best. I mean it. No matter what I came to you with, you always resolved it. You always handled it swiftly and professionally. I could not have asked for anything better from you. Oh how I wish I could have gotten to know you better during my time as a moderator. Even now I still hold that same interest. You are a really great guy. You're humorousness always brings a smile to my face. Perhaps we could still stay in touch with each other? I still want to talk with you even though I'm resigning. Thank you for everything you have done for me, the staff, and the whole of Brawl in general.

@LeTim: You are a major scrub, but that's what I love most about you. :V You are absolutely hilarious. I am seriously going to miss you on staff chat. Remember all the good times we had? You know, lighting staff chat on fire, TimSpeak, talking about Jebidiah Vanhieklebop, annoying the living Rock out of Roke... Good times m8. Maybe we can exchange skypes? Pls, I need the Timlyness. ;-;

@18kss: You are also a major scrub. Maybe not as much of a scrub as Tim, but you are definitely up there on the scrub-O-meter. Keep the scrubs of SGG in line for me, will ya? Keep chucking tomas and generally being an MLG rekter. :V Thanks for being a great friend for me m8.

@soccerstars: Even though our paths kinda parted ways ever since you left fpsHG, I still greatly appreciate you for all you did for me. You are an amazing player, and I'm happy to see that you have stuck around for as long as you have. Keep up the good work m8.

@Lord_Roke: You know you love Jebidiah Vanhieklebop. Even if you don't know, you do. Deep down inside you, he is there. :V He is a part of you now whether you like it or not. Thanks for being a friend to me. I like the chats we have now and then. I still think you should bring back the army of the cats. It's so old school. I would love it! Maybe I can kick your butt in Mine... I mean... erm... let me re-phrase that. Maybe we can play Minestrike together in the future? Ehe... heh...he.
