    We have an ideas subcategory here for maps. How about subcategories for New Classes and Reworks?

    WAIT, ARE THEY CLASSES OR KITS NOW? Lol.

    Maybe even a Class Complaint section, since that is numerous.

    I like organized things... And not being forced to scroll through class-related rage would be cool.

    In some people's opinions it seems to be.

    Aside from teams and my crappy computer and Canadian ping it's fine to me.

    Class reworks and ideas are posted in 'Server Ideas' now. I don't think a seperate section is needed, mostly because there simply wouldn't be enough topics in the 'Ideas' section. Most change ideas have to do with classes. Anyways, right now, almost all the threads that aren't rework ideas or class ideas are rants.

    I think a Complaints section would be stellar. However, I think the protocol now is to bring up the issue with a Staff member. Also, the section would be used improperly by lots of players, and most of the threads there would be rants from angered players.

    Seperating General Ideas and Class Ideas from Server Ideas is a bit nit picky, I'd much rather just see them both together than cycle through two different sections.

    I would like to see a Complaints section, I'm not a fan of seeing some reasonable rants get moved to off topic for their negative message.

    But map ideas are separate. My OCD is screaming at seeing a subfolder for maps but not for classes. Even a completely encompassing "Classes" sub might keep me from cringing.

    Map Submissions and Server Ideas are very different subjects, Im honestly confused as to why Map Submissions are in this section to begin with. Class Ideas and Server Ideas are essentially the same thing. Most Server Ideas involve classes and if there were to be a class section the Server Ideas section would become obsolete besides posts proposing changes to core gameplay which dont happen very often.

    A complaint section would be nice if I require a daily dose of hate. It would actually be nice to seperate complaints from actual ideas and suggestions!
    Sub-categories are generally difficult, considering on MCPVP, CTF forums weren't just CTF based - the whole community of CTF lived there and discussed anything, CTF or not :stuck_out_tongue:

    I think they should have
    • General CTF discussion
    • CTF Complaints Section
    • CTF Maps Section separate from ideas
    • Class Ideas/Class Rework (for a sub section)

    I don't think there is a need for a class ideas/rework section because most of the ideas section is pretty much class ideas or reworks

    At this point I'm realizing that most people are too lazy or resistant to change for anything to be implemented, anyway.

    I remember when everyone would just post everything under the general ctf discussion category no matter what the subject was. That was a mess lol
