how 2 get better at heavy

Quit ctf for a week, when you would play ctf play on some 1v1 pot pvp servers, do gapple 1v1s. Learn to jitter click, try to to get up to 6cps+. Try some diffrent strafes and combos. After a week come back.
Pyros
The key to getting the pyros is making sure you get the jump on them and making sure they dont have a bow charged. If you hit and crit them fast enough they will have to steak before they have enough time to pull the bow back.

Recov
heavy is a great class for recoving because of its high damage and its ability to tank. Usually medics and chemists, are easiest for me, Or really anyone that is sitting in a corner of their flag room, surrounded by medics waiting for their flag to be recovered. What i do is just charge into the flag room hit the flag carrier into a corner, aim at the legs and start jitter clicking. I usually spam a and d or hold one of those keys and spam the other because ive been told it reduces kb. I start jump critting when I think im about to finish them off, but the only downside is you will take more kb if you get hit at the right moment. Having a chemist buff you will also help alot.

 

not ture(to a certain extent) , i just helps you get the first hit, leading to combos.
