    In this rework I'll do the two other f2p melee classes; medic and heavy

    -Heavy: heavy basically stays the same, except their will be a blue shield added. When right-clicked, it stops all forms of knockback (xp-bar is an option when considered too OP)

    -Medic: medic will have some more features;
    -Medic shield (yellow shield with red/blue plusle cross): interpretends all arrows as arrows of healing.
    -Take bandage/living cake: teammates can now also get healed by hitting the medic (item restoration only by swordhit)
    -Lingering potion of slowness: this replaces the current snowballs since I don't see what snowballs/webs have to do with healing and being a medic... the lingering potion of slowness regeneratesback each 5 seconds. When thrown, there will be lingering particles for 5 seconds which give the enemy slowness for 5 seconds

    I don't think shieds should be added into CTF, especially for Medic. My opinion could change on tanking classes, but most likely not for medic and other support classes.

    I don't think players should be able to hit medics. Medics could simply go afk, and this would also making capping much easier. CTF should be a team game, where all players play, not just one person. However, the lingering potion is a nice touch. Much better than a snowball in my opinion.

    Too early to plan classes. Why? Even Mojang doesn't know how 1.9 will work, fully, that is. Sheilds aren't even a part of the game and dual wielding is usless ATM.

    You're right, it is

    Shields are practically blocking in another item, as in 1.9 swords cannot block.

    but shields are still part of the game and dual wielding still does have a use

    If assassin isn't fixed by the time Brawl updates to 1.9, I think there's an issue. I also don't think we should have to add shields to all classes just because of one class.

    But the gameplay features are not finalized, and thus, still too early.

    To add shields on all classes just for assassin is unnecessary.

    But just imagine the possibilities for shields! You can finally block arrows completely, it makes melee blocking much better and their customizable, so that means that maybe for an addition to fashionista you could make custom banners to make custom shields, like a Captain America shield! Dah possibilities r endless!

    I think snowballs are good as they are, its way different effect. If you main medic you know snowballs dont create cobwebs in water, but you can push people off you, so I don't think this needs a change.

    my opinion
    -snowballs are better than pots
    in a web you can catch many players
    and with the pot the effect isnt balanced
    i see that when a chemist wants to buff me
    if the pot is like 2 blocks away from me i dont get full time of effect
    if the chemist throws the pot in my skin i have more time of effect
    and the snowballs/webs are better to recover cause you can throw them far away
    -that hitting the medic is op
    it would be good if you have a cooldown of 15 sec like the classic one
    cause you can also heal yourself with the engicake
    than a player has 5 different ways to heal himself
    1.medic hit
    2.engi cake
    3.chemist instaheal pot
    4.chemist regeneration pot
    5.medic bandage
    little bit to much :/

    Thank you for your feedback. The reason why I gave medic these features is because I'd like to see a medic that's more supportive then offensive. Medic bandage provides only that extra to reach healing to what it was intended to be. The effect would be exactly the same if medic actually healed their teammates. As for the potion, keep in mind that it's a LINGERING potion. This is also for the reasons of support, so the medic can trap people in a hex of slowness

    if the bandage has a 15 sec cooldown like a normal medichit than ok
    with the pot is the problem that you cant throw it so far away as a web
    thats why a web is better in my opinion

    Cooldown on bandage is fine with me. Thing I could never stand was medics who look confused at you, those selfish pvp medics or trolling regulars. With this people can walk by, give them a hit and move on. I didn't meant to create a medic team concept. As for the snowballs, I don't get why medic even need them

    TBH I'm not sure about the hit-them-to-be-healed idea, it removes teamwork and allows medic to become an AFK class. It might work though.
