Do you not understand that I do not mind that people enjoy stats and I am in no way putting people down but there are two kinds of people. One group are the people who as you say 'set goals' and enjoy the game as well as stats (although I do not agree with the 'showing off' part of that,) then there are the people who play purely for stats and nothing else. They play on every gamemode, no life for hours at a time to be on the leaderboards but they do not play for fun. My message was purely made to remind people of this, not to put people down or tell them they can't enjoy stats. Although I agree stats can be fun, there are the few people who do not play for fun which I find absolutely absurd. This was not something aimed at you and many more who enjoy it, it was infact aimed at those few, and they know who they are. Enough said, no need to elaborate-

If a player has anything less than full health and respawns it will count as a death, but regardless he will still take the effects similar to death where he will return to spawn and has to track back just like everyone else.

 

Just assassinate him to the point where he/she/it quits ctf.

 

What I'm about to say comes from the experience of having a major involvement in my team's recruitment and while I cannot and will not speak for the other teams I would like to think that the recruiters for the older teams would agree with me on this. Stats play only a secondary role in the scheme of things. It may get you noticed but any team worth it's salt would only use that to look deeper into the player and in this case would figure out quite quickly what exactly the kind of player you have. And any teams that only cares about stats in recruitment are just as worse as the players using exploits such as the one stated above and will ultimately fail in the long run.

I doubt you were joking, but whatever. To answer your mystery about "me used to be cool; what happened to that guy", well it started when ctf got altered to the point where I would become angry with it. I would type in chat the most stupid things I felt towards ctf. Example: "****ing bs, bg, omfg, just complete childish language. You may have noticed that I used to talk a lot in chat. Egh, not so much anymore because of that. I realized that raging isn't going to help solve my problems, especially if I type it down. I decided to become less active. Hell, I cant even focus anymore on both chat and playing the game like I used to xD. People may think I'm plain rude, but I'm still ebola, the old ebola. I do agree I've been sounding like a dick or a smart ass these past few months. It's just me trying forget the past and move on into the present. Lol, also because I hate how people mispell words or follow along others. For example, "rekt, plox, qq". I like to keep myself at a semi pro level when talking. Well, this post is getting off topic from the main objective of this thread. If you'd like to discuss this some more, pm me or something. I'd be happy to talk in-depth some more.

Edited: My bad if it seems that I've targeted you. I tend to run past a player if I don't want to bother them, yet they don't have the same thought towards me. That's why I go back and "teach them a lesson".
