    Well, one reason is because we know that the applicant passed the criteria needed to make it on the team, so there isn't much of a question as to whether they would make a good merc. I think Dusk made that rule, and I'm not sure I fully agree with it but I personally don't mind that much xD
    Also, @duskippy put his two cents in and said this

    lol, not really xD It's just that if you're able to get into the team in the first place, you should probably be a merc if you leave. It's sort of our way of not having 40 mercs at a time, I guess.

    or u could just have a suitable amount of mercs anyway?? its not like everyone talks in skype groups anyway so it wont increase spam. there r 48 people in the templars skype group and like 500 messages a day at most

    Why you chose DF: Im looking for a big team to join, and DF is pretty large and high-skilled as well. So I figured why not.
