Outro Ban explanation

As some of you might know i got perm banned with no possibility of buying an unban. Here is the explanation why.



I saw my old friend Alex333333333334 on a practice server one day. He is permanently banned from brawl because of a chargeback. Therefore he cannot appeal the ban. He said he was getting back into warz, and asked me if he could use my account. I had an alt that i barely used anymore, so i gave him permission to use it, if he promised not to do anything wrong on my account (Hack, macro etc.). So he didnt. I know some of you might think, why would you give a perm banned player an alt? I gave it to him, because i felt bad for him, as he couldnt by an unban or appeal. And i didnt really think it would do any damage to give him it as long as he didnt hack or anything. And on top of that he is my friend.


Now comes the stupid part. This is why i am perm banned from brawl. I am not allowed to buy an unban, and my appeal got denied. The reason for this is that for some reason this is counted as my 3rd permanent ban. I first thought that this third one would be because of alex but no apparently he is not the 3rd guy who is linked with a permanent ban, atleast thats what i was told by staff. Alex told me he went to his cousins house and played on my account, and he told me that his cousin was banned from brawl, so maybe that’s why. The 2 other bans linked to my account, is my brother. My brother got banned 1st for forcefield. At that given time my brother was 9 years old, and didnt have a clue how to install a hack client. But what ever. We bought an unban. Side note to this is that we first bought an unban for the wrong account, and we asked for a refund. The money havent been seen since (atleast thats what my father says). But after that we get the unban for the right account and its all good. My brothers 2nd ban, i am not sure when happened or what it is. But he was banned once for blink, but he uploaded a video showing proof of him not blinking at that given time, so he got unbanned no problem.


to sum this up, I jakob112 have 3 bans linked to my account, one i dont know what account came from, number 2 was a wrong ban by giggadream on a 9 year old that didn’t even know how to install a hack client, and the 3rd ban im guessing coming from my brother again EVEN THO he was unbanned cus the perm ban was false.


So that’s why im banned guys. Because of those 3 bans which only 1 out of 3 I thought I had an influence on (the one with alex). But nope. Apparently I have no influence on any of those 3 bans, and the only reason was (of what I have understood), that i simply have the IP address I have, which links these 3 bans together.

I don’t know if you guys think its fair, but I certainly don’t.


UPDATE: I have now found out where 2 of the bans comes from! It has come from 2 public alts my brother have used maybe once or twice ( HAVENT been hacking on them), and now because some other retards have hacked on these public alts, and got them banned for blink, ofc My brother and i are to take the blame of it. This is even MORE ridiculous than the other reasons. I am amazed of this stupidity.

The server that i spent around $200 on, bans me for "Guesses" and "links" to PUBLIC alts everyone has access to. Same as putting a person to jail for shooting somebody cus he had access to a gun, but didnt use it. Great job.

NOTE: Watch how jayden only NOW brings in the fact about alex, not earlier, only now when im showing how stupid the ban is. Great.

 

We arent discussing anything. I am explaining my ban. Btw i already appealed. Changed nothing at all.

Definetly learned my lesson, to idk, not let my brother play kitpvp, so he wont get banned for ff which he didnt :/
And i also learned to have a seperate router for myself, so i wont get banned for **** other people are blamed for doing even tho they didnt.

 

And btw smods and admins if you see any sort of justice in this i am really confused.

Okay lets perspectivate this to real life.

I live in a house , with my brother and my one friend. Each of us have a gun (Mc account). My brother gets charged for shooting to people and should serve 20 years in prison for that. My brother is black and a police man says he saw him shoot these 2 people, therefore he has no chance to even say he didnt do it. They simply wont believe him. There fore he serves 20 years for something he doesnt do. Then my friend, shoots 1 guy, serves 10 years in prison for that. On the day my brother and my friend gets arrested they are at the house. The police comes in, and tells us all to come with them, We all serve 30 years in jail. I serve 30 years in jail aswell, even tho all i did was live with the guys, and give one of them a gun because he needed one. So i serve 30 years in jail for something i didnt do. LOGIC.

Im glad the US goverment doesnt have justice like you do on this server, cus this makes no sense. I honestly cant ****ing believe it.

 

I guess you could call it some sort of ride along.... But still they said it had nothing to do with him? So i really dont know how the **** this works out
