You denied someone because they don't have good enough stats. That's the point I'm making. Stats mean nothing because:

1) you could be that farmer that plays in 5v5s and gets all the caps.

2) you could be that guy who is afk all the time and doesn't try

3) you could have only played a little bit yet you are very good

My point is: don't deny/accept people based of false info (stats)

 

Like Chactation is one of the best cappers and isn't even on the cap leader boards.

 

However, it's good to check their stats to see if they can actually play well, if you want a good competitive team. So there's not just the bad reasons.
1) Farmers cant be caught out pretty quickly.
2) If your that guy, then why would someone want you in a team.
3) If you've only played a little bit, how reliable is someone to play in matches.
At the end of the day, it's whether the team wants people with good stats or not, and you shouldn't judge that, it's their decision.

Why do you want to join H2YL?*: i heard about that their were teams for ctf and wanted to apply for one for a competitive team and having fun and this seemed like the best team for me.

Member=you can play in any match that this team has an you are a part of the team, a member. You can only be a member of 1 team
Merc/mercenary=you can only play in in unofficial matches and you are here to help the team, you aren't as much of the team, more like a helper. You can be merc for as many teams will accept you.
