Idea Why Necro isn't very good. Revamp Idea

    So Necro is the most under-powered class there is(Counting out Fashionista)
    But why does it suck so bad? Well here are some points to clarify why it needs to be revamped.
    No this isn't a rant thread. I'm just tossing some key points to make my rework idea seem legit
    The Zombies are Ineffective
    Zombies in Survival Mode are pretty easy to beat. Considering they're moderate health, slow speed, and AI bugs making them easier targets. Spawned zombies are pretty much ignored during most of the game because of weak attack strength and slow speed. If the zombie can't even catch up to you, why fight it? Some zombies are naturally spawned with Speed, Strength, etc. But, it doesn't make up for the fact that they are still very slow and not very strong.
    It takes a Long time to spawn new Monsters
    The mechanic that makes Necro, Necro is the fact that it can spawn new monsters every 5 kills from Minions. the problem is, how can my minions kill others when they can't even do enough damage to kill them? As for a fast paced game, Necro doesn't seem to fit with the fast paced action of Capture the Flag. Even the other monsters spawned are like the zombies, slow and weak. Some might be slightly fast, but they don't have kill power.
    It doesn't counter anything
    Well maybe a few like ninja(zombies can see you while invisible) but the fact that ninja is fast and stealthy makes the zombie or minion useless. And yeah, maybe assassin too, but Necro's ability to spawn monsters isn't really impacting other classes. As for Engineer, The turret seems to be the only thing it counters.
    Revamp Idea
    My idea of the new Necro comes from a troop from Clash of Clans,

    Wait wait wait... Don't leave. I won't make it EXACTLY like the Witch, but implement some ideas from the Witch itself.
    Well Why the Witch?
    If you didn't know she spawns skeletons(which is like Necro) to support her on the battle field. But the fact that I like about the Witch is that she can spawn them anywhere, a couple seconds at a time. She also spawns them at her current position. She is from the game Clash of Clans which is a strategic and fast-paced PvP mobile game.
    This is what Necro exactly needs, to be able to spawn minions anywhere free of a spawner to make it a fast-paced, Well-balanced class.
    So how would we do that?
    In order to do this we need to remove the spawner and pick-axe for sure. Those aren't going to be needed anymore. As for the armor, it should be fine how it is currently, but we have to reduce the steak to only 4 steaks. To attack, the necro will be given a plain ol' iron sword. This Iron Sword cannot Heal mobs. Neither can Medics.
    New Abilities
    The new Necro depends on game play changes. To make these changes happen we need to make these abilities Fast, Effective, and Unique.
    Magic Shard System
    The Magic Shard system is a new system that will basically use Prismarine Shards as a currency to summon a selected Monster. Magic shards will be on the 9th slot of the hotbar and will increase by 1 every 3 seconds. Max of 10 Prismarine/Magic Shards
    Summon Monsters
    To summon a Monster simply right click the designated egg. Each monster will have a specific cost of Magic Shards to Summon the desired monster. Here are the available Monsters you can Summon
    Summon Zombie 4 Magic Shards 10 Second Cool Down
    Spawn 3 Zombies with Speed II and an Wooden Sword. They will attack enemies with-in sight . However, if they go too far from you(20 or 25 blocks maybe),they will die instantly.
    Strategic Use: The zombie is a melee attacker ready to back you up in any fight. You can use this to attack or defend. The power of this ability relies on numbers and can overwhelm opponents.
    Summon Skeleton 3 Magic Shards 10 Second Cool Down

    Spawn 2 Skeletons with a bow. Skeletons can do 2.5 Damage with each arrow. They will not be killed from walking to far away. They don't follow you, but will chase the enemy in-sight.
    Strategic Use: The skeleton is a ranged attacker that can support you from a distance. Can be used as a combo with zombies to create an excellent combo offensively and defensively. Skeletons won't die as you go to far away, this can be used to make them front-line defenders.

    Summon Blaze 5 Magic Shards 30 Second Cool Down
    Spawn 1 Blaze. Will not move, nor can fly. Shoots fireballs that ignite the player on fire. Does not die from walking to far away. Will deal 3.5 Damage on shot
    Strategic Use: A turret like defense that has pretty good range. Very helpful when defending making them front-line defenders.
    Limitations
    With this much potential Necro has limitations to prevent game-breaking things to happen. First, there needs to be a restriction on how many of each monster type can be spawned based on how many are still alive. For the zombie, you will not be able to spawn more zombies unless there is 1 or 0 alive. Skeletons can have up to 4 at a time alive(Which means there can only be 2 skeletons alive to spawn more), and blazes can have up to 2 alive.
    Numerous Players using Necro: If multiple players use necro's ability at the same time, it would spawn a lot of zombies or skeletons that the player might have trouble fighting. To combat this we just need to consider how many necros are in the area. If there is none
    near you, then it would spawn the regular amount. but for every necro present between 10 blocks will reduce the number of monsters spawned by 1 with a minimum of 1. This makes sure horde's of zombies won't take over your base. There's a catch, if the amount of enemies within 10 blocks matches or is higher than the amount of necros in the area, spawn amount will be normal.
    Conclusion
    With this new revamp, Necro will become a class like no other. Being able to summon an army to fight your enemies is a brilliant idea. As for the best part, your monsters become more of a game-switching element to allow you to gain an advantage offensively or defensively. The revamp also offers fast-paced PvP instead of waiting to get the new monster egg. No more long waits, no more ineffectiveness, no more Spawners!

    I like the concept to make necro a more useful class, my immediate problem would be if say 5 necros go into the enemy flag area there is guaranteed to be at least 5 people nearby making all 5 necros spawn the normal amount of mobs, basically meaning 15 zombies with speed 2 and iron swords in one area, which would be quite overwhelming.

    I like the general concept of this idea, I just think this would be too op. The mobs from the mob spawner should be buffed with some speed and maybe a golden sword and armor, and maybe a necro should be able to have a couple of spawn eggs to spawn some mobs where they are.

    This is a very interesting idea. I've never played Clash of Clans, so this idea is completely new to me. I do like how you thought up all the limitations that people would question about. The limiting of the number of mobs you can have spawned at a time is great. I'd say give the zombies a wood or stone sword, instead of the iron one.

    A Wooden Sword it is!
    The Zombies should be pretty easy to fend off

    I like it a lot, although I would like the zombies to have a stone sword.

    Another idea is to keep necro as it is, but make zombies identical to the ones in WarZ.
