Necro rework

    I see people wanting necro to become "good" again, to where you'll see it be used a tad more, So I thought I would share my ideas:

    What is wrong with it now?
    Currently the necro's mobs will spawn from a spawner. Very weak, Low health and nothing against a heavy. Breaking the spawner (Necro or enemy) and being killed will also KILL all the mobs and any progress made by "levelling" it up by getting that one kill with a zombie. While this works great with engineer it just seems to underpowered as there are plenty of things that can kill the necro.



    Solutions

    1. Quick fix
    No penalty for being killed or destroyed spawner. While this may cause the problem known as "the snowballing effect" to rise, This would be a good quick fix temporarily. If you die or your spawner is broken all your mobs will die. However any progress made by killing with your mobs will NOT be lost unless you change class or leave the game, switch team or the round ends.

    2. Different spawning mechanics
    Or instead, how about adding a "pet" if you will. A mob or mobs that follow you around (slowly) and attacks for you. Like a zombie. This idea was taken from the engineer class, but to make it different the mobs will be melee only, and cannot detect ninjas unless they reveal themselves within (X) blocks from the mob. They can also not be insta killed by assassins or archers to make necro a somewhat good counter to both. ( Meat Shield? :stuck_out_tongue: )

    3. High health
    My last idea, The health of mobs is pretty low, They can be taken out in 2 hits by a ninja, Perhaps increase the health to 25 hearts so they can be a little difficult to kill. If they are within 10 blocks from their spawner they will regenerate at a rate of 1 heart every 5 seconds Like the healing sword, but automatic. And perhaps if they stray to far from the spawner they would get damaged?

    In summery
    Necro is certainly worthy of getting "The buff" But it's all up to you. Feel free to reply or vote in the poll :smile:

    The zombies need a speed and health bost, and it would help if you could command them to follow you around.

    Their is no point of making reworks anymore. Their are many out their and I respect what you wrote and do like it. But for now all we can do is wait, wait for something that hasn't happen for over 2 years now and hoping it will happen sometime soon.
