Is there an option for early in the month to the 24th day every single month?

 

Please be more descriptive. We've been doing optimizations, so server lag should be much better (and has been from what I've seen).

 

There has been lag on all servers, especially HG, but that's a normal thing now. Anyways I think this is because of server optimizations and Wild west resets.

 

There are several types of lag you know? Server lag, FPS lag, and even internet lag.

 

Server lag: server is acting up or OVH is having a panic attack
FPS lag: you're using a crappy computer or you're using 20 chunks render distance and shaders or both
Internet lag: your location or router or something else idk

 

actually we dont play on brawl we play on lagwl also knows as the brawl lag server of choice.

 

Don't worry, Mr Trump will abolish lag when he gets elected to power

 

@NomNuggetNom I'm just getting general lag as in players not updating constantly but only two or three times per second. Weirdly enough, this does not show itself in either /ping or /lag as both show normal numbers...

 

Are you using Windows 10 or an outdated Java?

 

java 8 and windows 7. the only connection problem i have is on brawl and my fps is totally fine

As we discussed ingame, not everyone experiences lag. I'm EU and I don't experience lag, as others also mentioned, so that can't be used as a reason for your lag.

 

um you play how often again? Game speed was 14% at one point today, just for the record... again, if my client is not experiencing the lag, it's the servers' fault^^

 

Lag is one of them.

 

I could play for only 5 minutes and I'd know if I was lagging or not.

I'm not saying it is lag free, but people blaming brawl constantly for any lag is getting ridiculous. Sometimes, the server lags - but it isn't a constant problem. If it was, we'd all be lagging when on the server.

 

We were lagging on the same server just now, all of us. Also, 5 minutes a day are not enough to figure out lag or not. Lag obviously doesn't show up 24/7 on empty servers but there are spikes, on full servers it may be that only the last fifteen minutes of the game are hell, anything. Lag is a Brawl problem at the moment. If you don't believe me, I'll happily tag some affected regs >_>
