    So I recently bought a kit for my friend. His username is Soulfull, and he has yet to get it... I bought it about about an hour ago. I've bought kit's before and it usually immediately gives us the kits. Is this some type of error?

    You can see what you bought for him here. It does seem like you indeed purchased a kit for your friend, it should be with him anytime soon. Lately there have been minor changes with the buy system, I don't know if that's affecting it though. If the problem still carries on, try to post a thread here.
