5ive isn't on skype right now so I'll give my own personal tips.

First of all, just try to play with our members/get to know us more ingame. We can see your skill cap through ingame, but more importantly get to know you better. Besides that, practice. I *believe* we need more defensive roles, not exactly sure about that but you can ask 5ive on what we need.

As stated earlier, I don't know what 5ive wants at the moment, so I am just giving my own tips

 

My turn for try answer! Also not sure what 5ive wants exactly but there's no harm in some advice from others in the team either x)

As @gamren said, playing with some of the members with the team helps, as we can see both your skill cap, and you can get to know some of us better. If someone asked me what you mained, or how good you were at it, I couldn't honestly answer that question because I simply haven't seen you enough! When you do play in-game with us, it helps to be respectful to everyone and help other people out. It's not just about being able to play the game in your own right, we also need people to be able to support others in the game too. It's good if you can beat 3 heavies at once with a medic sword, but if you miss the flag bearer and they die as a result, then we're still going to lose the game!
To a lesser extent, you might not actually be something that we need. It's all very well having you be a good ninja, but if we already have say 12 people in the team using ninja, it's not going to be a useful addition to the team in matches. We're currently looking for chemists and pyros, so if you think you're able to play that well, then come practise with us some point, that way we can see if you're what we're looking for ^.^

Can you talk on Discord/Skype? I am able to talk on both Discord and Skype.
Classes you can play: Ninja, Medic, Archer, Mage, Assassin, (Elf, Soldier, Heavy, Chemist, Dwarf - sometimes). Don't really use much of Necro or Engineer. If there any other classes that I haven't included I can play anyway.
What role would you play in joining Phoenix? Defence or Mid-Defence, can go Offensive but rarely.
