Why We Need Buffs!

    Recently I have been playing CTF ALOT and I love it ALOT. But the one thing that bothers me is that we hardly have variety in the classes. Hardly ANYONE uses elf or necro seriously, but ninja, soldier, and archer are seen in every single game! WE NEED SOME BUFFS! I cant stand playing elf and helping my team, then having an assassin sweep by and 1 shot me. here are my ideas to help:
    Elf:
    give him a better damage output. also make his wind element suck players in or something. make water element more useful and make pure element less weak.
    Necro:
    PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD MAKE THE ZOMBIES ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING INSTEAD OF BEING ANNOYING. add new mobs such as skeles and make their weapon stronger.

    None of this advise is to be taken seriously. this is me just ranting. if you took offense to this paragraph, I apologize. and if I pissed off a staff member... sorry. Thx and GN

    Elf has been argued over for quite a while, there have been so many rework ideas that it's pretty crazy and it's hard to see which one is actually good. Also, necro actually does have skeleton spawning. Back in old CTF I had around a 50 Necro killstreak, I just think that if we reverted Necro to it's original state then it would be pretty good as a class.

    Welcome to CTF, I'll be your guide!

    First lesson: never expect anything to happen with the classes. If things do happen, it will happen with no transparency.

    Second lesson: pretty much everyone here has been arguing over class changes that haven't happened for so long that everyone has a slightly different idea about what a class should have done to it, and they will usually defend that position to the grave

    Third lesson: the mods have no power over class changes, nor does Nom (the resident coder who's actually from CTF). Everything is pretty much just Chaploo's decision at this point.

    Final lesson: everyone's usually friendly here, but they're also super likely to throw salt over stupid sh*t. Take nothing personally. Ever.

    Then: Zombies could find people and actually could get to them without being derpy and jumping around

    Now: Players can walk past zombies and they won't even do anything, or they try to chase someone but they just run into a wall

    This isn't a problem I'm just noticing with CTF, weirdly for no specific reason (meaning sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't), I walk past mobs in 1.8/1.9 and they don't even do anything. It might be a problem with versions, but no clue, I thought they buffed the ranges of zombies ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

    I'unno, but I have it on good knowledge that he has and uses VETO power on things widely.

    I heard that he wants instakills removed. Although, that's just a rumor. If that happens, we would have to revamp the entire game.

    if Instakills were removed, ctf would be full of chemists and heavies

    and that would not be good.

    Nah man CTF isn't that bad.

    It's wayyy more fun after a couple shots of alcohol!

    Please, remove all the ****ing flag restrictions. I cant get my Zombies within 50 blocks of the flag without dumb luck.. Plus make them able to kill people again.

    I dont really understand why it got ne=rfed in the first place, I mean while playing I had a problem with ike 5 Necro's specifically. Who didet even play all the time. And the rest were just nubs. But I had a problem with every Pyro even if they were a nub. And Necro got nerfed way before Pyro ;-;

    We need to buff the classes to match pyro. Not as in making it noob friendly, but making necro have a decent chance at defeating a pyro or heavy.

    It got nerfed because the zombies and skeletons, over time, would spawn with outrageous buffs, making them difficult to kill. They were even killing heavies easily. This allowed necros to rack up really high killstreaks, 50+.

    Im aware why it got nerfed, I was there, doing it. But you know, thats their fault for going at the Necro like that.. They could always just kill the Necro.. Saying it was OP because you coudent kill the mobs is like saying Archer is OP cus you ran strate at it from 40 bocks away.

    The nerf necro received could've been done half-way, if you know what I mean. Instead, they threw a huge blow at it, and now, necro is mostly useless.
