Small Pyro Tweak ^_^

    I find whenever I play pyro for mid/offence I tend to die relatively quickly which makes it quite hard to get a ks going. Fighting alongside a medic constantly healing you is good for the support area but when youre on your own its hard to take down tankier classes without consuming 2/3 steak in one fight alone. When insta kill pyros existed it was a fun class to play with and ks' were amazing :smile:). Now I tend to use pyro for def.
    Ive been brainstorming some possible ideas to help with this.

    - upgrade leather chestplate to an iron one
    - decrease/increase steak
    - increase flame time from 3.5 seconds to something longer idrc. Picture a situation like this: youre up against a heavy, pullback time for bow is slow enough, they see you pulling back and aiming for the shot and start running, by the time pullback is finished theyre on the run and you have to chase and theyve camped themselves in water. (If played mid/offence, different story if def because flagroom is compact)
    - allow player to choose between single click or double click frenzy
    - frenzy should last a tad bit longer imo but not too important

    Edit: either chestplate or helmet changed to iron, just something to tank it up

    The only thing I want changed is the armor amount. It dies way too fast

    Well, it has insane damage output so the low armour is there for a reason. It doesn't die too fast if you know how to pyro. A pyro isn't supposed to defend on its own anyway, so it wouldn't die that quickly in a normal game.

    It's a defence-centred class. It may not be that good for midfield or offence, but it's good for defence. That's the point. You wouldn't expect a class like dwarf to be good for offence/midfield either.

    You're not meant to be a high armoured class, you deal high damage which is balanced out by the weak armour.
    also lol 'midfield pyro'

    Me too. I can't double click for frenzy, spam steak, and hit people at the same time. Single click frenzy was a lot easier to use, and I rarely every accidently triggered it.

    I can't steak in the first place. Like, really, so many times I try to hotkey steak and end up not eating anything.

    I believe it's because you can't eat the steak while left clicking. That's how it is for soup: You have to stop left clicking to eat it.
