    I honestly felt like I understood your situation, but then again I probably didn't. You, me, and Mafias having those staff channel talks on TeamSpeak honestly explained a lot of things. Most of our community think of some of our higher ranking staff members as robots solely focused on their jobs, and that's how I felt about you Blue, until I actually got to chat with you some. It was great. There's no other way to describe it. You were awesome.

    Blue, it was a great pleasure working with you. Seriously. I still remember the good old HG committee channel on slack with @Viva and @Turmac where we conceived all the kit reforms, the new feasts... You helped me a lot for taking decisions concerning HG and I really appreciate that. It's sad to see you go, especially as I couldn't find the time to work on these mega HG updates you had in mind...

    Also since no one mentioned it, these political debates you had with Nom we're soo entertaining :grinning:

    It shows you really loved and cared a lot about HG, and I sincerely hope you can find a new community or game that will spark you up like MCPVP did for you years ago!

    Blue... We will all miss you. I barely saw you, you probably don't even remember me, but when I did you were always helping people out (including me). After reading your resignation it feels like we can all understand you. Thank you for everything you have done for me and for all of the Brawl community, you were an amazing SMod! I hope you have the best of luck with your schooling and everything life brings to you.

    Can't say I don't blame you, I've run into the same problem with probably the same person multiple times. Even if we didn't always agree (to be honest, I really didn't agree with you on a lot of things gameplay wise), you are an outstanding moderator and it's a shame to see HG lose one of it's biggest, if not THE biggest pillar for it's community. It seems that a lot of staff is dropping as of late and it's really disappointing that nothing will probably be done about it considering how long it's been an issue.

    Well it's pretty difficult as a staff member to tell the higher-ups to stop. Here I get the impression we need to treat them like our boss which is not what should be happening.

    Treat them as an equal, they may have more power, but we are all equal, maybe they don't realize that they're hurting your feelings, or they're just trying to push you to unleash the stored potential you have inside, just talk to them, tell them that you don't appreciate the way your being treated and deserve more respect.

    It's not just me that needs to tell the admins that. Is if it's not enough information to give them with all the staff resigning, everyone needs to voice out. This is not a community without players.
