    On January 1st, 2015, I was given a developer position at MCPVP. I was immediately assigned to work on CTF, which was a dream come true for me. After the move to Brawl, my future as a developer was shaky, but I was given an opportunity to work here. Since then, I have committed 5,051 times and written hundreds of thousands of lines of code. Although I wish I had been working on different things, I would say I did an okay job.

    Today I am stepping down from my developer position at Brawl. This is something I have been considering for quite some time, and I think it is the right decision. No, I am not heading somewhere else, if that's what you're wondering. I want the freedom of being able to code whatever I want and expand my options for the future. Brawl has given me a lot of experience to build a future career out of, but it is not where I belong forever.

    There are many people I would like to thank for the opportunity to be a developer. Too many, probably, to list. And of course, a thank you to the community for not always trying to get me demoted.

    What about CTF?
    I wish I had a good answer to this, but I don't. It is no secret that I was the only one ever updating CTF. I will still have access to the code, so maybe I will update it if I get the motivation to. Until then, the coding will have to be done by other developers.

    Is this goodbye?
    I don't think so. Although I don't use the forums much anymore, I am extremely active on the CTF Discord and I play on the CTF survival server. I will still be a member of those communities, but I don't think I will be playing CTF all that often.

    I don't play CTF at all, but over my reign of foruming I've seen your work, what is quite amazing. You've also been called out for being the best DEV multiple times. Thank you for your commitment to Brawl NomNom ^_^

    Nice, for once, to see a resignation not addressing Brawl in a negative way. I'm glad you're not leaving :3

    **** nom, out of all the people that resigned I never would have thought you would. You've been loyal to this community for years and put up with all our whining and continuous bull****. I respect you for keeping this gamemode alive for so long and putting your effort into it.
    Even if we seem like ungrateful pricks that just want update after update, we do appreciate everything you've done. Sad to see you go.
