Predicting U vs ADV.

Gamtokage- This should be a fun match, guessing a Unity win depending if key Unity players are in this match, and that their defense is on their A-game.

Article #2 - “The Prophecy” - Featuring MSW Analysts

Predicting Anni vs TC.

Gamtokage- I think it depends on what players TC brings to the table. Over time we have seen TC use a wide assortment of rosters, but for this match I think TC will need Kev, Patriq, and DT to win. With those three playing, I predict a 2-1 TC win, into a TC 3-2. If Kev is not there, then I think it will be a strong Anni win.

Spookygeek- I think it will be very close, with them both winning their map (airlock and blackout respectively) but I think anni will win overall. 3-1 (air) 2-4 (black) 3-1 Anni.

Notice​

Please do not ask MSW members for permission to spectate matches. We cannot speak for other reps and their wishes, so please ask both reps BEFORE matches. Referee consent will also be in play at all times if they wish. MSW can issue guest passes to those that wish to help out with things like commentating and related, but these passes are highly limited and will only be handed out to those that will add on to the quality of content covered by MSW. Passes are affected by the blacklist, referee preference, and refs/teams consent.

Team leaders/reps, you can always limit the amount of spectators that are in your matches if you wish. If you are bothered by the amount of spectators coming into your matches, then please feel free to pm your match referee and any concerns to gamren or MSW leaders/representatives. All we ask is that you may be thoughtful and fair if you do request to limit spectator numbers accordingly. Your match referee can also control the amount of spectators allowed.

Match Of The Week #4 - Unity vs ADV (3-0, 0-1, 2-2 ADV win) by gamren

Many people are busy this week, myself included, so I’ll just put a few notes for this match. Please feel free to watch the video, very intense match


Map one was on Opposites collide, and resulted in an ADV win 3-0. The map was stretched out until the end, and Unity definitely gave a good fight.

Next up was valley of ruin, and with a clutch, last minute capture, Unity members and supporters gave a sigh of relief as Unity won map 2, taking us to the third map, blackout.

With both teams winning a game, either team would need to win map 3 to win the total game, and if a tie on map 3 occurred, then the game would go to ADV due to their cap advantage. This final map ended 2-2 in a tie, allowing ADV to take the game 5-3. Very well played by both teams.

Firstly I'd like to congratulate you on your win the other day, how was your team feeling before the match? Were you confident?

uhhh Thank you ^-^! My Team feeling :c I’m the Leader!!!11 i must know this... no my feeling was very good. My Team is strong and I say to the others in every Match: "We can this, we aren't noobs hihihi"
confident? mh... yes very confident.. so far xd

You were right to have confidence in them! How do you think your team performed on the day?

Very Good. We had a little problems at the start. SnowfoxD was freak out and me too. I had big problems with this "new" pyro class. It was the first time where i was very good with pyro. Altogether we performed a good match with some complications but it was for us like all other Matches ^^ .. it was very smooth :3

Well thats good news! Any particular highlights in the match?

YOU! You killed snow in the third round so often and then she freaked out completely xd we all laughed C= <3

I bet that must have been hilarious! Looking back on the match, is there anything that you would have done differently?

Mh. I don't know. The match was funny and sometimes sad. We had the round for us and than in the last minutes came a player from Unity and stole and capped the flag.
But this was not a big problem. And i think it was a perfect Match!

Well, you can't do everything perfect! Final question, can we hope to see a rematch in the future?

Where is the Shrug??? ok there! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ We are a Team that not only play CTF we play on some others servers too. We can sure find the time for a rematch.. in the future!
But i think before we make a rematch with Unity. We do play versus other Teams in the CTF Community ^-^
